NewsPolyMet Completes Strategic Agreements With GlencoreOctober 31, 2008
PolyMet Mining Corp. (TSX: POM; NYSEAlternext US: PLM) (“PolyMet” or the “Company”) reported today that it has completed thepreviously announced strategic agreements with Glencore AG and certain of its affiliates(“Glencore”). PolyMet has also appointed Stephen Rowland to its board of directors. The company, headquartered in El Dorado, Ark., is putting the brakes on detailed design engineering until it can find a partner to provide a reliable source of bitumen crude from the Canadian oil sands to feed the expanded facility.
