Market Assessment |
As part of the Range Readiness Initiative, Greater Minnesota Housing Fund has contracted with Bonestroo, an engineering and planning firm, to complete a Housing Market Assessment for the region. The assessment will assist community planners and developers to project housing supply and demand and determine the need for additional housing development. The goal was to develop a dynamic research tool that will model housing market conditions in the region based on varying levels of business expansion.
